End User Services Engineer – Hong Kong

 

The Role 

We are seeking a highly talented and skilled engineer to join our team as an End User Services Engineer in Hong Kong. You will have the responsibility to not only provide technical support to users, but also helping with various local and global projects/ rollouts.

 

What you’ll do 

The End User Services Engineer will serve as a key technical point of contact for our Hong Kong office and other local regions, supporting users in person and virtually. You will work with our global team, delivering best in class support and ensuring the seamless handover of support cases. The ideal candidate will showcase both project management and technical skills with excellent customer service skills.

 

What you’ll bring

What you need:

  • English and Chinese language skills
  • More than 5 years’ experience
  • Experience working in an agile, global support team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Positive mindset and ability to work collaboratively with teams across the business
  • Trading floor support experience
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management
  • Experience with managing multi servers (Windows Server)
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, VCenter)
  • Experience with TCP/IP networking and routing protocols
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Administration
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell)
  • Experience with intune MDM solutions
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Gateway
  • Experience with Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with office buildouts / refurbishments
  • Strong ownership experience with a track record of delivering results
  •

  • Japanese language skills
  • Experience with Windows Server 2019
