工作內容 Job Description
-從平台匯出訂單報表並統整,整理各供應商的採購清冊
-提供採購專員各供應商的採購清冊,以確認商品報價
-採購訂單下達,跟進供應商出貨進度
-協助主管整理應付帳款,向財務部同仁請款

職務需求 Requirement
-基本英文能力(電商後台管理系統為全英文,訂單也是全英文,至少要能閱讀並熟練操作)
-熟練操作Google Sheet/Excel(基本公式、會跑Script、會跑Pivot Table)
-責任心強,工作細心
-有物流以及訂單管理經驗者會優先考慮

Ecommerce Purchasing Assistant

Job Description
-Export order reports from our platform and integrate them to sort out the item list of each supplier
-Provide the purchasing list of each supplier to the purchasing specialist to confirm the quotation of the product
-Making orders and follow up the supplier’s shipment progress
-Assist the supervisor in sorting out the accounts payable and send out payment request to colleagues in the finance department

Requirement
-Native in Chinese, basic English level (Reading)
-Familiar with Google Sheet/Excel (basic formulas/Pivot Table/run Script)
-Detail oriented and responsible personality
-Order management or supply chain related working experience is a plus
