Across all of our brands, we are pushing to enable anyone to be an ecommerce entrepreneur! We are searching for an HR Manager to join us in our adventure as ecommerce marketplace disruptors.  This critical person will be an integral partner for senior leadership to help shape and manage our business as it continues to be one of the fastest ecommerce companies in the US with multiple overseas offices and engineering centers.  
 
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for direct oversight of human resources team. This person is tasked with collaborating with senior management of HR practices, processes, policies and compliance to provide a high performance, entrepreneurial culture in a hyper-growth environment. This person should have knowledge in payroll, benefits, employee relations, safety, and all other areas of Human Resources. 
 
RESPONSIBILITES: 
  • Collaborates with the Human Resources Director and senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
  • Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
  • Develops and implements departmental budget.
  • Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
  • Performs other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or similar field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum (7) years’ experience in Human Resource role, with a minimum of (2) years in HR Management and team management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of applicable Federal/State employment laws and Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience in working with C-Suite, Vice Presidents, and Directors to establish strategy, goals, and growth plans.
  • Prior experience in managing Global HR Teams strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR Certification required
  • Able to Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing
  • Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Excel, ADP Workforce Now, and other HR Systems required
  • Previous experience in HRIS Implementations required
