About This Role:

When you join SBI as an Director you are joining a firm that is on the forefront of driving innovative go-to market transformations helping clients solve their revenue growth challenges.

The role is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of client projects.  The Director will make important contributions to the client engagement by leading our team though quality analysis, design, and implementation including deliverable creation.   You will establish yourself as a revenue growth and project management expert, providing insights that will result in transformational growth opportunities for our clients.

You will work on-site at the client’s locations and from your home office, reporting to a Partner. You will ensure that we deliver quality engagements to our clients, and you will support the business development efforts led by SBI Partners.  You will ensure that our relationships with clients remain strong, profitable and enduring, and you will help to establish new relationships that will pay dividends in the future.

 

 

Core Responsibilities

Description

Project Management

Serve as the day-to-day lead delivering complex client engagements on-time and on-budget and to specification using sound project/program management fundamentals.  Provide tactical direction to consultants, manage deadlines, and raise risks early.

Business Development

Support sales campaigns with new logo clients.  Leverage Go-To-Market expertise and strong executive relationship-building skills to cultivate new business opportunities.

Account Development 

Plan for impactful, lasting relationships with existing clients so that SBI can be a trusted partner to solve future Go-to-Market challenges.  Identify opportunities for new business within existing clients and develop strategies & tactics to monetize those opportunities.

Deliver Client Value and Impact

Lead impactful client engagements that drive meaningful value & outcomes  Drive high levels of satisfaction among client executives, and create net new promoters of SBI.

 

Team Building and Leadership

Attract, develop, and retain consulting talent.  Coach and mentor a team of SBI Consultants. Lead, coach, and develop all Consultants on your client engagements. Build a better firm, one team member at a time.

Shape, Sell, and Deliver Profitable Engagements

Architect engagements to ensure the appropriate scope, solution, staffing, and skills to drive a successful outcome   Operationally manage your client engagements to deliver strong revenue and profit for SBI. Actively track and drive strong 'delivered margin' on your engagements.
