The Role

As a Talent Management and Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation of programs and projects related to talent Management, compliance and process improvement (e.g. Performance Management, Succession Planning and other talent management initiatives). 

  • Assists in talent management initiatives (succession planning, promotion, etc.,) based on management directives to provide employees structure for development
  • Assists in the assessment of identified Succession Planning candidates based on established criteria to come up with the list of official successors for each group
  • Initiate process improvements of the division as needed in coordination with the HR Manager to streamline and introduce automation on a per need basis
  • Provides support with the utilization of the performance appraisal system to help drive performance
  • Initiate, organize and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • POC for the Service Differentiator Team to monitor, evaluate and report on HR CSAT 
  • Responsible for disseminating all HR non-recruitment announcements
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management


What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
  • At least 5 yrs. of experience in Talent Management
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Keen to details
  • Analytical and problem solver
  • Project Management skills
