The Role

As Marketing Officer (Acquisition), you will initiate and implement acquisition campaigns for SBF’s products to acquire new quality customers.

How you'll contribute

Initiate campaign mechanic for acquiring new customers for SBF’s products
Implement the campaign and coordinate with related functions e.g. sales & distribution team, creative, finance, sourcing, outsource vendor, SBF’s partners, etc.
Monitoring acquisition performance by channels and creating monthly reports and analysis
Manage budget to meet an agreed target
Create a monthly campaign plan to support and align with SBF’s marketing strategy
Monitor market trends & practices for the purpose of identifying any opportunities that the institution may explore

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field
At least 2 yrs of experience in product and marketing
Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills, as well as analytical skills to understand business/market needs
Marketing-oriented, with good marketing and process skills
Must be computer literate, hard-working, and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams
