      The Role

      As the Product Specialist, you are responsible for providing support to the Products and Marketing Team in implementing its product and marketing initiatives for the calendar year.

      How you'll contribute  

      • Assist in implementing various programs or projects in relation to consumer products handled, including product variants, promos, and incentives in support of business goals for the year via:
        • Provide support as needed in the approval, roll out and communication, training, and execution of product initiatives;
        • Documenting product or program guidelines;
        • Monitor/safe keep marketing collateral inventory/files
        • Work within agreed timelines for product and program launches
      • Monitor market trends & practices (i.e. competitive scan, etc.) for the purpose of identifying any opportunities that the institution may explore

      What we’re looking for

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field, FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
      • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
      • Strong organization, communication, and project management skills, as well as analytical skills to understand business/market needs
      • Marketing-oriented, with good marketing and process skills
      • Must be computer literate, hard-working, and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams.
      • With proven working experience in brand, marketing, and promotions
      • With excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
      • Familiar with the latest trends and practices in marketing
