What's the Short Version?
The Distribution Administrator plays a key role in realizing SanMar's strategic vision of improving both Customer Experience and Efficient Operations within our Distribution, and is a subject matter expert for all things D365 as it pertains to Distribution. The Distribution Administrator assists in tactical opportunities such as researching inventory discrepancies/adjustments, transfers, and recommending solutions to operational challenges.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Act as a subject matter expert for all things D365 as it is related to Distribution.
- Identify any inventory discrepancies/adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transfers and synchronization of inventory.
- Research sales orders and RMA discrepancies between D365 and High Jump.
- Recommend process improvements by gathering and interpreting relevant data(costs, efficiency, demand patterns, etc.) to influence Distribution team processes.
- Partner with distribution center leadership as required to provide support to the facilities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or supply-chain related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to use data to develop informed recommendations to improve efficiencies and customer experience.
- Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment.
- Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address operational business challenges.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information in a user-friendly format.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Organized, thorough, highly detail oriented.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of PC desktop applications and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $32.56 - $43.27 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.
SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
