The Sr Financial Analyst supports the Finance Department in areas of financial reporting and analysis, annual operational budgeting and forecasting, KPI development and tracking, gross margin and expense analysis and decision support.
What Will You Be Doing?
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
Prepare and analyze quarterly and monthly financial and management reports as well as ad hoc reporting.
Assist with business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.
Develop financial models and analyses to support operational, financial, and strategic decisions with an understanding of valuation methodology including ROI, NPV and scenario analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned

What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or equivalent experience
Master's Degree Preferred
4-6 years of strong FP&A experience and demonstrated ability to develop strong pro-forma and financial analysis
Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
Experience in business intelligence data design to support analytics and decision support
Business understanding with an ability to analyze performance and drivers of value creation
Ability to analyze, interpret, and report on large financial data sets
Advanced Microsoft excel skills, Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Access skills
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $90,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
