About the Role
As a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional, you understand the unique challenges faced by adolescents dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. Your Role:

Individualized Treatment Plans: You’ll create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals. Your expertise will guide them toward healing and growth.

Group and Individual Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that foster a safe and supportive environment. Whether in group settings or one-on-one, you’ll empower clients to overcome obstacles and achieve positive outcomes.

Empathetic Support: Offer compassionate support not only to clients but also to their families. Your guidance will contribute to their overall well-being and quality of life.

Manage a 6-Client Caseload: You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a manageable caseload, ensuring focused attention and impactful care.

Qualifications:
- Clinical License in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Provisional licenses will also be considered (LPCC, LSW, MFTC)
- 1 year of previous experience with substance abuse treatment required,
- 1 year of experience in a detox or residential setting is strongly preferred.
- 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations (ages 13-17)
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- proficient in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and strong documentation skills.
