Qualifications:

  • clinical license in Virginia or is able to transfer license to VA prior to start date (LPC, LCSW, LMFT - Provisional Licenses will also be considered (Resident in Counseling, LMSW, Supervisee in Social Work, Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy)).
  • 1 year of previous experience with substance abuse treatment required, with preferred experience in a detox or residential setting.
  • proficient in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and strong documentation skills.
