Schedule: Flexible 

First Year Income: $78,000-$105,500

Qualifications & Expectations: 

• You must currently have a clinical or provisional license in Maryland LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LGPC, LMSW, or LGMF ( LGADC or LCADC) - If you are licensed in another state, you must be able to transfer your license to Maryland before you start date
• 2 years of non-internship experience working in an outpatient, detox or residential treatment setting.
• 2 years of non-internship experience treating Mental Health Disorders 
• Experience working with adolescent populations (ages 13-18) 
• You must be proficient in using clinical skills and modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and documenting your work.

 Compensation and Benefits: 

• First Year: $78,000-$105,500) depending on your qualifications and experience.
