Qualifications

  • You need a master’s degree in a field related to this work.
  • You must currently have a clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT). We may also accept provisional licenses (LPC, LSW, ALMFT).
  • You must have experience in treating substance abuse.
  • 2 years of experience in an outpatient or residential facility is strongly preferred. 
  • 2 years of experience in individual or group therapy is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with young adult populations ages (18-30) is strongly preferred.
  • You must be proficient in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You should also be familiar with Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
  • You must have strong documentation skills to keep accurate and complete records.
