Job Description
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead our engagement strategies and deepen our user connections. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive user engagement and retention by shaping and implementing key marketing strategies across customer lifecycle stages.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft and Execute Campaigns: Build dynamic and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our users and keep them engaged.
  • Optimize Multi-Channel Strategies: Use your knack for coordination to manage seamless interactions across emails, push notifications, in-app messages, embedded messages and app inbox messages. 
  • Analyze and Adapt: Dive into the data to understand what works and refine your strategies for even better results.
  • Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with other teams to align on goals and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and own a lifecycle marketing strategy that boosts engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Craft and refine the customer journey to launch targeted campaigns at critical touchpoints.
  • Create empowering customer enablement tools, such as comprehensive onboarding guides and educational content.
  • Develop and manage a robust testing framework to experiment with new ideas and track their effectiveness.
  • Roll out multi-channel campaigns that engage and retain users effectively.
  • Launch loyalty and rewards initiatives that encourage long-term retention.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive community advocacy and referrals.
  • Coordinate customer advocacy efforts, including organizing events and managing user groups.
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends and optimize the marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and develop reports and dashboards to measure the impact of marketing initiatives.

This role requires a unique blend of creativity and analytical rigor. We're looking for someone who thinks like an artist—bringing innovative and engaging ideas to life—and measures like a scientist, using data to drive decisions and optimize our marketing efforts continuously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the military or a deep understanding of military life.
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance and regulations within the military community.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • Experienced with at least 4 years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or similar roles
  • Expert with Iterable—this is a must!
  • Wordpress experience is strongly preferred
  • A strong analytical mind that thrives on metrics and insights
  • Skilled in managing projects and communicating ideas effectively
