In charge of full recruiting life cycle ranging from working with our hiring managers to define needs and job descriptions through sourcing, interviews, references and feedback stages
Negotiate potential offers and successfully close contracts with candidates.
Be an ambassador for our culture and mission.
Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends in tech recruiting and compensation.
In charge of the full lifecycle of employees: new employees onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training, offboarding;
Develop HR/people-oriented programs and Execute performance management programs
Responsible for employees engagement through comprehensive benefits, welfare and community engagements activities
Be the focal point for employee-related aspects
Provide strategic business partnership to managers
Provide coaching to managers
Focus on performance management, leadership development, and conflict management
Assess employee development needs and make recommendations for appropriate solutions
Facilitate assessment processes for team development
8+ years of experience in HR in a start-up setting and large scale companies.
Experience in technical hires / global recruiting must
Great communication & interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience
