Job Summary/Overview:
Seeking an Experienced Senior level Individual Contributor with Process Integration experience in High Volume manufacturing environment. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of Deep submicron Planar transistor Device Physics and process integration experience.
Specific Job Duties:
Successful candidate should have a strong "QUALITY first" mindset in everything that they do.
Specific duties include but not limited to
- Owning and Executing NPIs (New Product Introductions)
- Owning high volume products and help maintain / improve yields on these products to meet company goals
- Owning and/or serving as the technical POC (Point Of Contact) for new derivative technology transfers into the fab
- Helping with technical risk assessment and disposition plans for material affected by un-intentional in-fab excursions as well as intentional fab change points.
- Being able to analyze Yield, Inline, Electrical test and Defect data to find correlations and form technical hypothesis to test out to solve yield and customer issues
- Being able to work with multiple Fab Engineering teams / lead cross functional Task Force Teams aimed at solving urgent large issues that are time sensitive.
- Being able to mentor younger engineers and help to guide and coach them through their technical problems and projects
- Knowing how to boil down difficult technical ideas to 1 pagers that can be presented to customers and executives

Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
BS / MS / PhD (Masters or PhD preferred) in Electrical Engg, Computer Engg, Physics.
Direct relevant experience but with other Engineering degrees encouraged to apply
Minimum 8 years experience working in Semiconductor Fab Mfg environment.
Programming skills (Python or R) a plus.
People leadership experience is a plus and preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
Quality Mindset, Device Physics, Semiconductor processing knowledge, Semiconductor product life cycle knowledge.
