The ideal candidate will be passionate about being in a customer-facing role, excited about a busy travel schedule, and driven to deliver results. A positive, professional, outgoing, and can-do attitude is essential too!
Attend conferences and trade-shows to promote Samsara’s brand and products. Meet prospects and customers, share product demos, maintain on-brand event execution, and oversee set-up and take-down
Manage live-event schedule, staffing, and logistics to ensure streamlined event operations
Implement pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
Track and analyze metrics to evaluate event success
Plan and support internal events such as sales incentive programs, internal training and education programs, and company gatherings to promote positive team culture
1-2 years of work experience
Outgoing and passionate about customer experience
Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
60% travel required for trade shows and other live events
