Are you looking to help lead one of the fastest growing startups in history? Samsara is an Internet of Things company valued at over $3B and growing at over 250% annually. We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial person to help drive our fast-growing Account Development Representative team.
Working closely with a senior management team that previously built and exited a ~1B company, you'll be responsible for the performance and execution of an ADR team. This includes finding targeted lists, partnering with marketing to generate email flows and working with the Growth Engineers to build tools and software to continue to scale a world class team. This role requires excellent data and analytical skills, a technical background, entrepreneurialism, and leadership.
Examples of day-to-day responsibilities:
Directly responsible for the execution and performance of an ADR team, ensuring they are meeting and exceeding business goals
Use data to understand our customers and our funnel in depth, identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to increase ADR efficiency and performance
Run targeted outbound campaigns to drive pipeline
Partner with Marketing to create email flows using Mixmax (or other similar tools)
Partner with Product Marketing to define the messaging for the ADR team
Ability to partner with different parts of the organization to identify and solve major business problems
Excellent analytical skills, passion for data
Strong problem-solving skills
B.S. or higher, preferably in a quantitative field (engineering, applied math, etc.)
Experience writing scripts, SQL, python, etc. is a big plus
