Picking up where our Sales Team leaves off, Customer Success owns the customer relationship, ensures a successful deployment, and helps customers maximize ongoing value from our solutions. A key initiative to enable the scaling of the team is the launch of a new learning management system(LMS).
The Learning Technology Manager will:
Serve as the manager of the LMS, owning both the day-to-day and longer term strategy & goal setting
Work with Marketing and Customer Success Teams to produce and upload new content
Ensure new users are seamlessly provisioned and assigned to the proper courses
Troubleshoot issues with customer login and system functionality, working through LMS technical support when necessary
Action on customer feedback to improve the LMS
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset) as we scale globally and across new offices
An ideal candidate has:
At least 5 years experience as an LMS administrator or similar position
Experience working cross-functionally
Ability to work independently
Direct experience working with with major LMS system e.g., Docebo, Skilljar, Litmos, LearnUpon
Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year institution
