We are looking for a creative, results-driven performance marketer to join our Growth team to help us generate demand and drive customer acquisition. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who is excited to develop, execute, and optimize paid channels. This role is key to the growth of the business and will have a direct impact on Samsara's success.
Own the execution and performance of all third party lead gen channels, ensuring the team is meeting and exceeding business goals
Work with vendors to launch new campaigns and find new opportunities for partnership and expansion
Analyze channel performance and work with the sales team to optimize lead quality and sales processes
Manage the third party lead gen budget and allocate resources based on performance
Work with partners to automate processes in order to increase efficiency and improve performance tracking
2-3 years of paid acquisition experience; ideally, experience working with agencies, affiliates, or partners
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong project management skills and an ability to prioritize based on impact
