We are seeking Inside Sales Managers to join our passionate, high energy, and fast moving Industrial sales team based in our San Francisco location.
Insides Sales Managers will be responsible for:
Leading, training, motivating, and supporting Account Executives focusing on mid-sized businesses.
Being a champion, role model, and embedding Samsara’s cultural principles (Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset) as we scale globally and across new offices.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strategic problem solving, project management, interpersonal and team management skills
4+ years sales experience
1-2+ years experience managing a team
Solid understanding of SFDC
Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team of Account Executives
