Samsara is looking for several People Partners (HRBPs) to focus on building out this function for the People Team. We will have focused roles to support our largest growing groups - Sales & Engineering.
We are looking for highly collaborative, execution-focused individuals who will dig deep into how to support the business at scale (leadership development, performance plans, success planning, analytics, individual coaching, etc). With our rapid growth, we are constantly looking for ways to develop and support our leaders so all Samsarians have an engaging employee experience.

Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs
Proactively provide creative and engaging solutions to motivate employees at different career points and stages
Coach leaders and people managers to proactively manage employees and provide advice and guidance on varying employee topics and issues
Drive and support performance management processes across the team
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5-7 years of HR business partner or generalist experience supporting senior leaders or management consulting
A combination of HR experience in the following areas: Organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations
A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style and strong customer service orientation
Excellent self-management and interpersonal skills
Strong bias for action and not afraid to “roll up your sleeves”
