We are looking for a creative, results-driven performance marketer to join our Growth team to help us generate demand and drive customer acquisition. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who is excited to develop, execute, and optimize paid channels. This role is key to the growth of the business and will have a direct impact on Samsara's success.
Own the execution and performance of paid search channels, ensuring the team is meeting and exceeding business goals
Analyze account performance and optimize all parts of the conversion funnel to identify areas of opportunity and to build increasingly efficient campaigns
Continuously experiment with keywords, campaign structure, ads, targeting, and landing pages to increase the number of qualified leads
Manage the paid search budget and reliably forecast spend and lead volume for owned channels
Scale channels by implementing scripts that improve efficiency and automate processes
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to implement new campaigns and initiatives
3-4 years of paid acquisition experience, with proven experience in SEM
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience managing large-scale budgets
Strong project management skills and an ability to prioritize based on impact
BA/BS, preferably in a quantitative fields
Experience with SQL or Python
Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Looker
