We are looking for a creative, results-driven growth marketer to join the team to help us generate demand and drive customer acquisition. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who is excited to develop, execute, and optimize paid channels. This role is key to the growth of the business and will have a direct impact on Samsara's success.
The Growth Marketing Manager will work on:
Own the execution and performance of all paid social channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring the team is meeting and exceeding business goals
Optimize all parts of the conversion funnel and continuously experiment with targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to increase the number of qualified leads
Analyze channel performance and work with the sales team to optimize lead quality and sales processes
Identify areas of opportunity within existing channels, as well as testing and expanding to new channels
Manage the paid social budget and forecast spend and lead volume for owned channels
Scale channels by implementing scripts or leveraging APIs to improve efficiency and automate processes
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset) as we scale globally and across new offices
An ideal candidate would have:
2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally in paid acquisition
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strong project management skills and an ability to prioritize based on impact
Experience with SQL or Python
Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Looker
