This position is based in our Atlanta, GA location.
Lead supervise and maintain team order operations fulfillment
Organizing and maintaining dashboard for up to date tracking of Order Ops KPI’s.
Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly SLA and metrics
Train new team members developing new processes to reduce overall time spent on each review
Work cross-functionally to improve communication and reporting between sales ops, Support and Finance to meet customer needs and improve efficiencies.
Organizing team in Day to day ownership coding, tagging and maintaining SLA’s of all.
Help build for success by maintaining modeling for future head count and reporting.
4+ Years of Managerial Experience
Organized, professional, able to multi-task, and have high attention to detail in a fast paced environment
High-energy, strong initiative and communication skills
Exceptional team player
Expert Excel experience required
Salesforce experience preferred
Video Review experienced a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
