This is a dynamic leadership role that will challenge you as both an entrepreneur and a leader, where you will work with Samsara Partners across segments - Insurance, Resale, Fleet Management, and more - enabling Samsara to grow its Fleet business and bring the benefits of sensor data to customers via these massive new channels.
The Director, EMEA Channels will work on:
Building Samsara’s channel presence in Europe.
Owning broad, European wide/country specific strategic initiatives while also rolling-up your sleeves and building individual partner relationships
Team building/hiring, relationship building/management from the C-suite down, program building/execution, marketing, training & partner enablement.
Championing, role modeling, and embedding Samsara’s cultural principles (Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset) as we scale globally and across new offices
Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
An ideal candidate wouldhave:
7+ years sales experience with consistent, documented overachievement
5+ years partnership/channel management experience
2+ years in leadership
Multilingual is strongly preferred (combination of French/German/Spanish preferred with English required)
Experience in hiring/building a European channel/sales team, channel marketing campaigns and sales training and enablement programs
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Reference-able experience building, executing and iterating on measurable engagements from the ground-up
