Samsara is seeking Inside Sales Managers to join our passionate, high energy, and fast moving sales team. You’ll lead and support Account Executives focusing on mid-sized and enterprise businesses. You will have a consistent track record of ability to train, lead and motivate sales teams. Help us break into the Spanish market! This position is based in our London office.
The Manager, MM Sales will work on
Owning customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
Strategic outbound prospecting
Championing, role modelling, and embedding Samsara’s cultural principles (Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset) as we scale globally and across new offices
Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
An ideal candidate would have:
3+ years sales experience
1-2+ years experience managing a team
Deep understanding of SFDC
Strategic problem solving, project management, interpersonal and team management skills
Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
Experience handling and owning mid-large deal sizes
