We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to focus on financial analysis and strategic planning. This role has high organizational impact and high visibility, and you will drive meaningful decisions with senior leaders. A successful FP&A Analyst is an adaptable thinker and thrives in a fast growing, ever changing environment.

In this role, you will:
Drive the strategic planning cycle by partnering with key business partners to own P&L, Cash flow, and allocation Forecasts/Budgets
Develop monthly/quarterly forecasts with aligned business leader partnership, to drive towards improved forecast accuracy
Understand business changes to operating plan, and prepare creative reporting for analyzing key trends to make pivotal decisions
Collaborate with Accounting and cross functional areas to ensure proper treatment of operational activities from PO Creation to reporting
Provide and communicate reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders.
An ideal candidate has:
B.A or B.S. required, MBA or CPA a plus
2+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or highly relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills to explain clear and concise ideas, and an ability to work well with a variety of talents and personalities
Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills, familiarity in Salesforce.com and Netsuite. Proficiency with financial forecasting systems (Anaplan, Adaptive, etc) a plus
Displays a constantly curious mind to understand the details, as well as the big picture
Demonstrates a can-do-attitude to challenge the status quo and influence improvement
