Logistics Operations Manager is a key member of the team helping provide insights and updates to key shipments.

Expedite supplier deliveries and quickly resolve shipping issues as they arise
Process outgoing international and domestic shipments with freight forwarding partners
Check details of shipments and communicate with Order Operations to ensure accuracy of information and shipping requirements
Ensure compliance with international commerce requirements while minimizing exposure to adverse tariffs and trade laws
Build shipping tools for responsive turnaround of supply
Open new shipping and receiving services as needed to enable rapid product iterations
Maintain proficiency on trade compliance regulations and changes in the shipping world
Work with partners to negotiate and reduce shipping costs on in-bound and out-bound shipments
Lead research and partnerships for entering into new countries including compliance.

Exceptional team player
2+ years of experience in business environment
Intermediate Excel experience required
Salesforce experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
