Samsara is seeking Inside Sales Managers to join our passionate, high energy, and fast moving sales team. You’ll lead and support Account Executives focusing on mid-sized and enterprise businesses. You will have a consistent track record of ability to train, lead and motivate sales teams. Help us break into the Benelux market! This position is based in our London office.
Strategic problem solving, project management, interpersonal and team management skills
3+ years sales experience
1-2+ years experience managing a team
Deep understanding of SFDC
In your first week, you'll:
Attend a variety of different onboarding sessions, where you'll: receive a thorough introduction to our leadership team. be immersed in our product offerings and meet our CEO, Sanjit Biswas, in a "Samsara 101" class
Meet your team and fellow new hire cohort
Shadow cold-calls, product demos, etc.
