Samsara’s Internet of Things solution – which includes fleet technologies ranging from GPS tracking to route optimization to AI-powered dash cameras – is being adopted by thousands of new customers every quarter, helping them improve the safety, efficiency, and quality of their operations.
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Talent Brand Manager to build and amplify Samsara’s talent brand. The right candidate is a strategic thinker and bar-raiser that acts as a steward of the Samsara employer brand. This person will work to grow awareness and enhance the candidate experience through creation, execution, and optimization of talent marketing campaigns and candidate experience programs. This role is critical to the growth of the business and will have a direct impact on Samsara's culture and success.
Create and execute a talent go-to-market strategy to raise brand awareness and support key growth initiatives including new office expansion, high priority hiring groups, and diversity and inclusions programs
Craft compelling and authentic content ranging from blog posts and videos to social media posts and award copy to tell the Samsara story
Partner with the recruiting, design, events, campaigns, and communications teams to create and execute high-quality talent marketing awareness campaigns across press, social, events, community partnerships, and other new channels
Map and optimize all parts of the candidate journey to build an increasingly effective funnel and best-in-breed candidate experience
Use data and reporting to inform decisions and frequently share results and impact with cross-functional partners and leadership
Support recruiting and people operations leaders globally to ensure clear consistent message of the Samsara brand story
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, operations, or community management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Outstanding project management and organizational skills and an ability to prioritize amidst many moving pieces
Experience using analytics to determine the impact and effectiveness of campaigns
Bias-to-action and focused on results
Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and managing multi-channel campaigns end to end
Bachelor's degree or higher
