Are you looking to help lead one of the fastest growing startups in history? Samsara is an IoT company valued at over $1B and growing at over 250% annually. We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial person to help bring Samsara to Mexico.

Working closely with a senior management team that had previously built and exited a ~$1B company, you will help develop a new business unit targeting Mexico and neighboring markets. You will work to enable the sales team to sell, increase sales efficiency and drive all customer acquisition initiatives. You will work with and leverage all corporate functions to deliver sales performance in your markets.

As this is a multi-faceted role, we are seeking candidates with excellent analytical skills, strong writing and presentation skills, and a passion for technology. Spanish-language communication skills, proven creativity, and analytical chops are a must. A quantitative or technical background is a big plus. Final title will be based on applicant's experience level.

*This role is located in our US headquarters in San Francisco, CA. 

Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for sales and pipeline goals in Mexico and neighboring markets
  • Identify, plan, and execute outbound activities to drive growth
  • Identify, plan, and execute inbound activities to drive growth, optimizing / managing with support from central Growth function
  • Leverage data to understand our customers and our funnel in depth, identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive customer growth, retention, engagement, and/or revenue
  • Coordinate marketing efforts - define market needs and partner with the Marketing function to execute marketing activities
  • Monitor performance across functions (sales, marketing, support, finance, operations / product) and identify / mitigate attention areas
