Are you looking to help lead one of the fastest growing startups in history? Samsara is an Internet of Things company valued at over £1B and growing at over 250% annually. We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial person to help bring Samsara to Germany and neighboring markets.
Working closely with a senior management team that had previously built and exited a ~£1B company, you will help develop a new business unit targeting Germany and neighboring markets. You will work to enable the sales team to sell, increase sales efficiency and drive all customer acquisition initiatives. You will work with and leverage all corporate functions to deliver sales performance in your markets.
As this is a multi-faceted role, we are seeking candidates with excellent analytical skills, strong writing and presentation skills, and a passion for technology. German-language communication skills, proven creativity, and analytical chops are a must. A quantitative or technical background is a big plus.
This role is located in our European headquarters in London.
Examples of day-to-day responsibilities:
Directly responsible for sales and pipeline goals in Germany and neighboring markets
Identify, plan, and execute outbound activities to drive growth
Identify, plan, and execute inbound activities to drive growth, optimizing / managing with support from central Growth function
Leverage data to understand our customers and our funnel in depth, identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive customer growth, retention, engagement, and/or revenue
Coordinate marketing efforts - define market needs and partner with the Marketing function to execute marketing activities
Monitor performance across functions (sales, marketing, support, finance, operations / product) and identify / mitigate attention areas
