Samsara is looking for a welcoming and ambitious front desk coordinator interested in getting involved in a high growth IoT tech company.
The front desk coordinator will support the Places team and will be the first point of contact for the company. You will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all front desk responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Manage front desk by greeting guests and directing them through Samsara’s sign-in process
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls accordingly
Receive and sort daily mail, shipments, and couriers
Enforce security policy and procedure to ensure a safe workplace
Work closely with Workplace Operations team
Assist the Places team in maintaining office cleanliness and supply levels
General administrative duties as needed
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
