Samsara is looking for a bright, talented, and driven Recruiter to help grow the Corporate Team! This team recruits for departments ranging from product management and technical support to marketing and business operations, providing opportunity to grow your skillset and work with different candidate profiles. In this role you will continuously develop a strong candidate pipeline to grow and scale our team. This is a full cycle recruiting role where you will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and closing candidates. Our recruiting team operates at a fast pace while delivering best in class candidate experience. Samsara is growing quickly so there will be ample opportunity to overachieve on your recruiting quota and advance your career. This position is based in our San Francisco HQ.
Collaborating with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and identify a diverse set of candidates for each job
Create strategic plans for sourcing candidates
Work closely with Human Resources, hiring managers, and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates
Evaluate and screen profiles from inbound applicants
Conduct initial phone interviews
Achieve an individual quarterly quota
Familiarity with HR Information Systems, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Full cycle recruiting or sourcing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A growth mindset and comfort with change
Proven ability to attract passive candidates
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role
BA/BS Degree required
