About the Job:
The Sama Solutions Team is enabling the future of ethical GenAI. We're looking for an enthusiastic, idealistic Technical Program Manager who loves to work on the cutting edge of technology, collaborate with clients, technical teams, internal operations teams and can guide the creation of solutions that have a business impact!
You’ll collaborate with clients, sales, solutions and implementations engineering and operations teams to ensure our GenAI offerings crush client expectations. We're playing in a huge space with lots of technical complexities. We’d like a candidate who will blend experience with language (GenAI, LLMs, NLP) with client-facing skills, technical implementation skills and ability to partner with operations and delivery teams to make the project a success.
This role will directly influence helping lift more people out of poverty by connecting them to digital work in the GenAI domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics or a related field, or practical skills acquired through education and relevant projects or internships.
- Understanding of AI development
- Prior technical program management, solutions engineering or similar experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:
- Be the cross-functional glue between Clients, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, Product and Design for GenAI
- Provide client feedback on technical topics around GenAI to Product to help shape the product roadmap.
- Architect and sometimes implement customization solutions for GenAI clients
- Collaborate with Product Operations on experiments, early adoption and product releases.
- Deeply understand client technical needs regarding GenAI, RHLF, and data needs
- Collaborate with our Sales team to ensure client technical needs can be met
- Collaborate with our Solutions & Implementations Engineering team for implementation of solutions
- Collaborate with our Delivery teams for best practices for GenAI annotation strategies and remove any bottlenecks they have
- Collaborate with our Design team to build the best products
- Collaborate with our Engineering teams to build scalable complex solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics or a related field, or practical skills acquired through education and relevant projects or internships.
- Understanding of AI development
- Prior technical program management, solutions engineering or similar experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:
- Eager to learn high-complexity GenAI concepts and communicate them to industry experts
- Previous experience in Linguistics
- Previous experience working on GenAI, LLM or NLP projects
- Previous experience working with annotation teams
- Deep understanding of AI development and GenAI development
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.

Responsabilités clés :
- Être le lien interfonctionnel entre les clients, les ventes, l'ingénierie des solutions, la livraison, le produit et le design pour GenAI.
- Fournir des retours clients sur des sujets techniques concernant GenAI au département produit pour aider à façonner la feuille de route du produit.
- Concevoir et parfois mettre en œuvre des solutions personnalisées pour les clients de GenAI.
- Collaborer avec les opérations de produit sur des expériences, l'adoption précoce et les lancements de produits.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Produit et Opérations sur des expériences, l'adoption précoce et les lancements de produits.
- Comprendre profondément les besoins techniques des clients en matière de GenAI, de RHLF et de données.
- Collaborer avec notre équipe de vente pour garantir que les besoins techniques des clients puissent être satisfaits.
- Collaborer avec notre équipe d'ingénierie des solutions et de mise en œuvre pour la mise en place des solutions.
- Collaborer avec nos équipes de livraison pour les meilleures pratiques en matière de stratégies d'annotation GenAI et éliminer tout engorgementt qu'ils rencontrent.
- Collaborer avec notre équipe de design pour créer les meilleurs produits.
- Collaborer avec nos équipes d'ingénierie pour construire des solutions complexes évolutives.
Qualifications minimales :
- Baccalauréat en informatique, ingénierie, linguistique ou dans un domaine connexe, ou compétences pratiques acquises par l'éducation et des projets ou stages pertinents.
- Compréhension du développement de l'IAq
- Expérience antérieure en gestion de programmes techniques, en ingénierie de solutions ou expérience similaire dans un domaine connexe.
Qualifications et attributs désirés :
- Désire apprendre des concepts de l'IA générative de haute complexité et de les communiquer à des experts du secteur.
- Expérience antérieure en linguistique.
- Expérience antérieure sur des projets d'IA générative, de modèles de langage à grande échelle ou de traitement du langage naturel.
- Expérience antérieure de travail avec des équipes d'annotation.
- Compréhension approfondie du développement de l'IA et du développement de l'IA générative.
- Motivé, doté d'une attitude positive et d'un bon sens de l'humour.
