THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Junior Graphic Designer on our Shopper/Omni team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the creation of visually compelling designs for tactical projects that will live in-store and online. You’ll work closely with designers and the creative team to develop and execute design concepts that resonate with consumers and meet brand standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design Support:Assist in the creation of design assets for shopper marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaboration:Work alongside senior designers to bring ideas to life, contributing to brainstorming sessions with fresh visual perspectives.
- Adaptability:Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work.
- Attention to Detail:Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all design outputs, with a focus on the finer details.
- Production Design:Prepare print-ready files for in-store assets, following best practices and platform specifications.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably with exposure to shopper marketing.
- Education:College or University diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Portfolio:A solid portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in shopper marketing.
- Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Mac OS, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Additional Assets:Exposure to UI/UX design, art direction, AI (MidJourney, Dall-E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) or photography is a plus.
