What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our fast growing Growth team. Our AEs are dedicated to driving Saltbox’s growth by creating long-term, trusting relationships with our current and future Saltbox members. We’re looking for someone who thrives when challenged and brings a great sense of humor to a team that likes to work hard and have fun while doing it.

An AE is a champion and advocate for their prospect’s needs and addresses their pain points through problem solving, and working with the sales & product team to develop new features that help them evolve their business. 

How do you know if this is the right fit? If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a passion for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you! Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales goals. 

What You'll Do

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your Saltbox fulfillment accounts
  • Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting member relationships
  • Oversee member account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our members  needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales-Growth and Product team to identify and increase opportunities within fulfillment
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics 

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of  experience in a similar role (Account Executive, Business Development, etc) 
  • Industry experience in Fulfillment (3PL) and/or eCommerce operations 
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Solid experience with Salesforce 
  • Proven track record of finding ways to streamline + improve processes
  • Has experience demoing a product and/or leading member-facing sales presentations
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
