About the Role: We're on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Area Business Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and enhance brand recognition within our client’s external acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will possess a fervent interest in digital healthcare and excel in a collaborative, high-velocity setting. You will guide your team in forging substantial, enduring connections, focusing on superior client service for healthcare providers and their teams. With a proactive growth mindset, you’ll contribute to advancing our business through your initiative and meticulous attention to detail. This role demands extensive travel, up to 75%, necessitating both air and automobile transportation. Readiness for overnight and weekend journeys is also essential. Vehicle mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 10 Territory Account Managers across various U.S. markets to surpass sales objectives and strategic targets.
  • Recruit, cultivate, and maintain a high-achieving sales force.
  • Oversee the overall business and sales outcomes within your region.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Director and Vice President to devise and implement a strategic sales and operational plan.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of our Client’s products and services to better serve providers and their patients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to strategy, business development, savings programs, digital patient support, and industry or policy shifts affecting prescribers and patients.
  • Communicate the value of Client programs, case studies, and published content to enhance credibility and brand visibility.
  • Work alongside the sales operations team to pinpoint and exploit growth opportunities through innovative provider engagement tactics.
  • Leverage analysis to bolster awareness, access, and adherence within target demographics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role within pharma, medical devices, health tech, managed care, insurance, or similar fields.
  • A committed team player with a can-do attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, outward-facing environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • An analytical thinker with a robust work ethic, able to operate both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eager and quick to learn new technologies.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM software.
  • Must be able to travel extensively, including air and car travel, with potential for overnight and weekend trips.

Base annualized salary of $100,000 plus uncapped commissions
