Your Mission
As a Manager at SADA, you will have the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, provide technical leadership, manage the development process, and ensure the successful delivery of software projects. As a technical leader, you will be responsible to help design, develop, and maintain the best enterprise solutions to fit our corporate needs. You will be interacting with all of our business units and Google Cloud subject matter experts. You will be expected to run point on whole projects, end-to-end, and to mentor less experienced Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software developers and DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
- Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of secure and reliable cloud infrastructures
- Develop and implement automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks
- Design and implement disaster recovery strategies
- Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve software development and DevOps processes
- Break down business requirements into technical specifications and create project plans and timelines.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Responsible for overseeing the entire software delivery lifecycle, from infrastructure automation to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and business analysts, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans for the development team.

Expectations
Collaboration - This role requires constant collaboration with the internal stakeholders, including colleagues from corporate IT and other departments for various internal product initiatives as well as for day-to-day operations.
Required Travel - None. This is a remote position. You should have great remote work discipline
Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will include learning materials/assignments and compliance training, and meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline can be provided closer to the start date.
Job Requirements
Required Credentials:
- BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Experience developing cloud-native solutions in Public Cloud Platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a software developer.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and technologies (specific requirements will depend on the team).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Advanced Expertise in development with JavaScript (Node.js), and React FE
- Expertise in development with one or more of the following languages: Go, Python, .NET/C#.
- Experience using GCP Cloud Functions, Google CloudSQL, and Google App Script
- Exposure to full stack development, from setting up application and database server infrastructure to developing and implementing application code
- Familiarity with frontend web technologies, particularly React and Angular.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with security best practices in DevOps.
