What You’ll Do

  • Establish Building Intelligence new logo/account relationships to expand the book of business and meet annual revenue targets
  • Present, promote and sell products/solutions using R-Zero sales methodology 
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
  • Prospect new accounts through all methods of outreach which includes emails, calling, social engagement and in-person networking
  • Build customer profiles and manage buying committee within each account
  • Maintain a sales pipeline to exceed annual revenue goals
  • Coordinate sales efforts with cross functional teams
  • Keep a clean and updated record of pipeline activities across GTM tech stack
  • Provide R-Zero teams with market feedback and learnings around customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Partner with Customer Success and Solutions teams to provide full visibility into account details for successful onboarding and customer journey
  • Become a trusted thought leader within R-Zero for building intelligence insights and product roadmap

 

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of education
  • 10+ years of SaaS, platform and/or IoT sales and account management experience
  • 10+ years selling into CRE, property tech, smart buildings, corporate accounts, energy management
  • Track record of over-achieving (top 10-15% of company) in past positions
  • Existing account and buyer relationships you can immediately tap into where there is a buyer/solution fit
  • Proven experience acquiring and selling to customers using various sales methodologies
  • Skillset should include - Sales Methodology including MEDDPICC, ROI/TCO modeling and the complex sale in a multiple product environment
  • Excellent organization & project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to confidently and effectively present, influence and build winning relationships with executives
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategies for sales growth
  • Ability to self manage, maintain daily and weekly pace and build an iterative sales strategy for personal and professional achievement
  • Creative, decisive, high energy, with the ability to energize and inspire others on the team, maintain high collaborative culture across peers and extended sales team

 

Travel

This position may require up to 50% domestic travel.

The salary range for this position will vary based on candidate level, experience, and location. The base salary for this position contemplates a range of $150,000-$180,000 along with incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and a background check is required upon employment.
