Position Summary:

As a lead product manager for RxSense’s analytics platform, RxIQ Enterprise, you will lead a team in as well as individually contributing to working with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to deliver data-driven insights to customers, solve complex business problems, and bring scalable analytics solutions to life across a range of business units and subject areas. You will develop and maintain quarterly and annual roadmaps that align with the RxIQ Enterprise Product Team and Corporate strategic goals. Success in this position requires an understanding of healthcare subject matter and complex data models, and proven ability to work directly across the company with multiple other organizations as well as with data engineers and BI developers. Healthcare experience is not required but is preferred. Experience with complex systems and industries, software as a service (SaaS) products and an insatiable curiosity for understanding how they work at their most elemental level, is required. Empathy for internal and client user needs is a must.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple cross-functional agile product teams, with the goal of building a world-class pharmacy claim analytics platform.
  • Work with cross-departmental stakeholders and teams to identify and prioritize opportunities. You will maintain a backlog and roadmap to reflect priorities and opportunities.
  • Lead virtual white-boarding sessions with engineers to deconstruct problems and ideate potential solutions.
  • Move fast and learn quickly. You and your teams will focus on minimum viable product and a phased approach to implementation to maximize the number of impactful ideas that evolve from backlog to production.
  • Articulate ideas and solutions effectively to many different audiences, including executives, engineers, designers, and others across the business.
  • Collaborate and work autonomously. Working cross-functionally is key to success at RxSense, but this position requires both a desire and proven ability to make defensible decisions and own the path forward.
  • Prioritize outcomes over output. All solutions should be grounded in user- and business-level outcomes that align with team OKRs and strategy. Your leadership will be the guardrails that ensure your team works on the right things at the right time, balancing inputs and needs from across the org.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years managing multiple products, other product managers and product owners, and product teams in an agile or agile/waterfall hybrid environment.
  • Experience prioritizing backlog opportunities and building realistic roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to self-manage, make data-driven decisions, and work autonomously.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with complex systems or industries.
  • Experience in SaaS product management, build and delivery.
  • Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment with the ability to quickly and proactively react to change
  • Proven track record of executing and delivering on time even in an agile/hybrid environment.
  • Experience in intensive research and discovery leading to new product build, new revenue streams or new markets a plus.
  • Experience working with Sales and Client Success teams as well as external customers and their tech teams on onboarding and troubleshooting.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
