Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of our player engagement product strategy and roadmap, supporting online player retention (and acquisition) while ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Utilize your in-depth understanding of users in the gaming industry (real money and social), loyalty mechanics, market trends, and player behavior to identify and oversee the creation of creative opportunities for growth and innovation within our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, creative, engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality features and differentiated experiences that resonate with our target audience.
  • Provide strong leadership to a team of product owners, guiding them in prioritizing initiatives, setting clear goals, and driving results.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, promoting effective communication and teamwork within the product team and business owners across the organization.
  • Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback, insights and identify areas for improvement in the product and user experience.
  • Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders, development teams, and other internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Define, implement, track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and analytics to evaluate the performance and success of the product, making data-driven decisions and optimizations.
  • Drive value contribution towards business OKRs via metrics and goals set for the product teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of product management experience focused on customer loyalty, retention and engagement, ideally within the social casino or online casino industry
  • Track record of successfully leading and managing a team of product owners or related roles. An ideal candidate has proven ability to provide leadership across different time zones
  • Creativity and drive towards innovation and differentiation
  • Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to align product initiatives with overall business objectives and drive value for customers and the company.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging metrics and user insights to inform product strategies and optimizations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of online casino trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. Having comparable knowledge in social casino industry as well is a plus
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools is required.
