The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Rumble Inc. will be a hands-on, execution-focused leader responsible for driving the company’s marketing efforts across all Rumble businesses, including Rumble Video and Rumble Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of brand-building experience from both agencies and fast-paced startups, with a proven track record of setting and hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) across a high-performing marketing team. Deep alignment with Rumble’s commitment to free speech and independent content is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution-Driven Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the execution of marketing strategies with a focus on measurable results.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing efforts with Rumble’s business objectives.
- Translate high-level vision into actionable, results-oriented marketing plans.
- Ensure marketing efforts support the growth and differentiation of both Rumble Video and Rumble Cloud.
- Brand Building and Positioning:
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels and business lines.
- Leverage experience from both agencies and startups to enhance Rumble’s brand presence.
- Manage external agency relationships to drive brand campaigns and creative excellence.
- Performance Marketing and KPIs:
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI and drive growth across Rumble Video, Rumble Premium, Rumble Advertising Center and Rumble Cloud.
- Lead Generation for Advertising Sales:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive qualified leads to the advertising sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on lead quality and volume targets.
- Support the growth of Rumble’s agency and brand advertising business through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
- Community Engagement:
- Activate and grow the Rumble content creator community to diversify and expand the content library.
- Develop programs to incentivize and empower creators as Rumble ambassadors.
- Foster deeper connections with creators through engagement initiatives and community-driven campaigns.
- Collaborate with creators to promote platform growth and drive audience engagement.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, mentor, and manage a results-oriented marketing team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Strong alignment with Rumble’s mission and values
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem with agencies and brands.
- Experience in a start up environment with demonstrated hands-on execution
- Proven track record of driving KPIs and delivering measurable growth.
- Deep understanding of brand building and performance marketing.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
