Position Goal:  Provide timely and accurate support to RGG Photo Studio Operations team through receiving product into our location. This is an Part-time position only working between the hours of 6am-3pm.

Position Requirements:

Essential Duties:

  • Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Data collection, reporting, analysis within business unit supporting
  • Subject matter expert in warehouse management systems and reporting (including excel reporting and dashboards) in support of administrative needs
  • Research order and product discrepancies looking for trends and solutions
  • Effectively communicate to customer service or other internal clients in written form as needed.
  • Must be able and willing to be held accountable to work in the secure high value cage
  • Must be competent in all aspects of the warehouse associate and warehouse operator job duties
  • Must follow required safety checks and protocol for heavy equipment use and management
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and leadership behaviors as an individual contributor and as part of the team
  • Commitment to a culture of safety and loss prevention
  • Learn and demonstrate exceptional job performance in quality, productivity, attendance, and safety
  • Receive products using radio frequency scanners
  • Profile and prepare products (including VAS – special packing or sorting requirements)
  • Must be able and willing to cross train and learn all primary team functions
  • Ability to identify receiving issues and collaborate with Boston and KY teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must provide proof of right to work in the US
  • Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and able to stand/walk for up to 6-8 hours
  • Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach and able to continuously climb and descend stairs safely
  • Skilled at using WMS and Excel/ MS Outlook
  • Successful completion of a post-offer criminal background check and drug screen
  • Work Environment Work with and/or around moving mechanical parts Noise level varies and can be loud very fast paced environment
