About the Role:

As a founding member of the Sales Operations team, you will have the opportunity to shape our rapidly-growing Sales infrastructure: creating, managing and scaling the processes that we use to drive RudderStack’s revenue growth. 

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative self-starter – someone who’s excited to build solutions and make an impact on a high-performing Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this role will provide both operational and strategic support to our Sales and SDR teams, and drive critical cross-functional projects across the go-to-market organization (i.e. Marketing, Customer Success, BizOps/Finance).

*Our roles are remote first, and can be based anywhere in the US (#LI-Remote).

What you'll do:

  • Support your GTM business partners with sales processes, workflows, and insights to enable them to execute on our highest-priority initiatives
  • Develop a deep understanding of our end-to-end sales process to improve our systems and tools (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, etc.), and continually optimize for scale
  • Triage and troubleshoot operational issues for our Sales and SDR teams
  • Build and maintain key documentation and playbooks regarding our policies, sales processes, and rules of engagement
  • Analyze GTM data and operational performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Support strategy and business planning for our Sales team, including ICP / SAM analysis, pipeline program evaluation, territory mapping, and capacity planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop KPI reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance management insights

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

  • 5+ years professional experience in Sales and/or Business Operations, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce processes, automation, and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL and/or BI tools (Tableau) a plus
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders in Sales, SDR, Solutions Engineering, Marketing and/or Customer Success
  • We also use LeanData, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, so any experience with these tools is a plus
  • Keen interest in learning new tools and designing creative solutions (we use RudderStack!)
