About the team :

Do you want to know which customer touchpoint(a LinkedIn hello or a blog post or a link to the quick-start shared at an opportune time) was most instrumental in your latest sales conversion. There is a data app for that. It is called Multi Touch Attribution.

Our Data Apps team is re-inventing how organisations use their data. The data apps platform empowers organisations to activate ML/AI apps like Multi Touch Attribution, Sales Lead Scoring, Audience Builder with the click of a button. We envision a democratised world where data scientists and engineers anywhere in the world could write data apps and target all organisations big and small. As easily as we use iOS and Android apps today.

Data apps, all built upon a shared semantic data model, shared ML feature stores, single source of truth in the customer's warehouse, standard tools for access control, data protection, data regulation

What you'll do:

  • Ownership of product/feature end-to-end for all phases from the development to the production and monitoring issues in production

  • Quickly produce well-organised, optimised, and documented source code

  • Ensure the developed features are scalable and highly available with no quality concerns

  • Understand problems and pitch to solve them

  • Work closely with senior engineers for refining the implementation

  • Continuously learn and improve skills

  • Write unit and integration tests

  • Write Low level design specs on the implementation of features

  • Write High level design specs on the implementation of features

  • Perform detailed and timely code reviews

  • On-call support for the team services

  • Collaborate with other teams and drive things to completion

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required

  • Experience in Golang is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and CS fundamentals

  • Strong coding and problem solving skills

  • Experience working on the AWS, Azure or Google Cloud compute technologies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong experience in design patterns, fault tolerant systems
