At RudderStack, we are redefining enterprise-scale data collection and routing. We are building a customer data platform (CDP) on the customer's own data warehouse. Our open-source, developer-first approach is the first of its kind. We understand the outsized impact customer data has on businesses, and we understand the challenges and pain points. Responsibilities

  • Interface with the customer when it comes to resolution of technical issues. 

  • Interact closely with product, sales, and engineering teams

  • Help customer integrate RudderStack SDKs, configure sources and destinations, and write transformations

  • Triage any technical issue and assign it to relevant engineering teams, while maintaining communication with clients

  • Follow up on customer reported issues and make sure they are resolved adequately with engineering, then communicate the resolution to customers

  • Identify themes and provide feedback to product for future roadmap planning

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3+ years of software engineering experience

  • Experience with Javascript or Python

  • Experience working directly with B2B customers

  • Basic understanding of mobile and web SDKs

  • Solid understanding of REST and HTPP responses

  • Prior experience with data ecosystem is a plus
