About the Role

We're hiring for a full cycle Recruiter who will be focused on hiring a variety of roles here at RudderStack through the US. You will work closely with the Head of Recruiting, and other business leaders as needed to build a robust pipeline of candidates across the organization. This role will have a big emphasis on sourcing, and helping build the employment brand of RudderStack. While you may have been a full life cycle Recruiter throughout your career, what gets you most excited is prospecting and engaging with top level passive technical talent.

What you'll do:

Our focus is getting the best people to work at RudderStack and then allowing them to do their best work. You will work closely with other Recruiters, and business leaders within to build capability across the organization.

  • Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
  • Identify and engage passive qualified candidates through creative sourcing techniques, while consistently focusing on quality and diversity 
  • Help build candidate pipeline by sourcing passive candidates through various channels; drive internal and network referrals, and utilize online postings
  • Partner with hiring teams to improve attraction and hiring of diverse candidates
  • Act as an experienced trusted advisor to hiring managers; providing guidance, insights and best practice on their hiring strategies
  • Identify and engage unique and qualified candidates through creative techniques, coordinating interviews as needed
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas.
  • Provide the best candidate experience and making sure to keep this top of mind
  • Log candidate information in our applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and other databases, and be process driven

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • 5+ years end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably within a tech or saas company
  • Experience in driving diversity within the recruiting process and building diverse teams
  • Experience independently partnering with senior leadership on hiring initiatives
  • Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks or issues before they arise
  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly team-based environment
