Reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst, the Systems Support Specialist will support the translation of data in a cross functional environment, maintain contract data, and ensure data integrity within the Recycling and Reuse Department. This role will play an integral part in building Rubicon’s competitive advantage through leveraging data for unique customer and vendor insights.
Summary / General Description:
Support efforts to ensure data integrity across all platforms and departments.
Propose and prioritize changes to reporting and create additional metrics and processes based on program changes and customer requirements
Work closely with the Rubicon team to create ad-hoc reports to support timely business decisions and project work
Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Experience troubleshooting basic network issues
A clear passion for learning new business analysis techniques independently and continuously
Contribute to idea generation for additional process improvements and automation
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to professionally interact with all levels of employees
Highly organized and disciplined with ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
Capable of cross-functional conflict resolution and ability to enforce data gathering, input, and management policies in a supportive and persuasive manner
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Must pass all Firm background checks - drug test, criminal background check, credit check, employment references, education verification, etc.
