Responsibilities
- Play with and test new consumer products by following the written test bench procedure
- Understand the consumer products from a user's perspective and make sure all relevant features are tested, even those not covered by the test bench
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the performance of consumer products
- Analyze and compare data and test results to verify quality and spot potential issues or mistakes
- Record test results and maintain detailed documentation
- Re-check specific results and product performance due to firmware updates or user questions
- Other duties as assigned

- You love doing research, analyzing data, and comparing products. You typically spend weeks researching before buying something.
- You like helping people. The whole purpose of our website is to help people find the best product for them.
- You like learning new things. Even if you become an expert, you will never know everything. There will always be new technology.
- You are methodical.
Qualification/Experience
- Good English communication skills
- It is a bonus to have work experience in a tech related field
- It is a bonus to have a technical background with a DEP/DEC in electronic or computer science
